EXANOREXIC

While my weight is in a healthy range for my height and not the 80lbs I was in highschool, I dont think I quite qualify as an exanorexic. I dont really know if someone who has struggled with an eating disorder ever really gets over it. This is my journey to continue to be LESS of an anorexic everyday.

I SURVIVED BROWNIE BOOTCAMP!

I am sure you all relieved that I am back and in one piece! Camp was a lot of fun! There were supposed to be like 15 girls at this camp, but for a number of reasons only 5 of us showed. I personally was happy with a smaller camp for my first time, but was a lil sad not to meet more of the girls on the team.
Camp went a lil like this....
Friday from 5-9 we worked out and chatted about the fitness industry in general.
Saturday morning we worked all parts of our body. It was nice to actual SEE and get feed back on some of the exercises that are on my plan. I feel a lil more confident at the gym knowing how to do the exercises better.
Saturday afternoon we got a crash course in "stage" makeup (I still think I resembled a racoon), but learned if you feel ridiculous you are probably looking good <~~ in the stage makeup world of course!

Then we had a lil photo shoot. I wore a sport/exercise outfit, and am not having high hopes for great pics, but it was a fun experience. I am DEFINITELY not a confident model and kinda felt silly....but still had fun! I even talked Cheryl aka Brownie into doing toe touches with me in some pics. Yes...I am THAT girl!  The other ladies did some more serious modeling type pictures and they looked great!
The hubby and babe came along for the trip, and had some good daddy daughter time while I got my butt kicked!

Overall it was a great experience and I am hoping to work it out to attend another one this yr!

  1. That's awesome. I was wondering who was taking care of Rossi while you were there. I'd jump at things like that, only I have 2 kids to deal with.... Glad you enjoyed i!
